We will treat your data in the same way that we would wish our own personal information to be treated. This notice explains how we use any personal information we collect from you through our website and forms.

Collecting your information
Most of our pages on our website can be accessed without giving us your personal information. However, we record your activity and preferences when visiting our website through the use of cookies (see the Cookies section below). If you sign up to our Mailing List we will also collect your name and email address.


Using your information
If you agree to be added to our Mailing List, we’ll use your name and email address to send this information to you in the form of weekly newsletters. By sending this information to you, we are pursuing our legitimate interest to provide you with the latest news from Crockers restaurants. You have the right to object or restrict to this processing at any time, just let us know (see the Contact section below), or be asked to be removed from our database by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any or our emails. Who else receives your personal data?
We will only share your personal information with third parties if required by law or if they are integral to the operating of our business.

Third parties operating on our behalf include our web form provider (Survey Monkey – for collecting newsletter sign-ups and automating with MailChimp), and website statistics tracker (Google Analytics). Data collected via our web forms is encrypted in transit using highly secure TLS cryptographic protocols, and any third-party companies listed above that operate outside of the EU are registered with the US Privacy Shield and have updated their privacy policies to ensure your personal data is adequately protected in line with GDPR.

How long will we keep your personal data for?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
